Today marks the 73rd Republic Day of India, the day when the Constitution of India came into effect. After 166 days, over the spread of 2 years, 308 members of the Assembly signed two hand-written copies of the document on 24 January 1950. Two days later, on 26 January 1950, it came into effect throughout the whole nation.

The Constitution of India represents the beauty of our rich and diverse culture. On days like these is when we celebrate Indianness and fill ourselves with immense pride. It’s also one of those days we reflect and introspect various aspects on a personal level.

Growth happens in the process of learning and unlearning and writings have always played a powerful role in uniting everyone towards a common vision.
